DABCO Collective is a construction company specializing in residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Based in Philadelphia, we bring a practical, hands-on approach to every job, with experience spanning adaptive reuse, historic preservation, and high-performance building.

Led by owners Josh Harris and Shawn Darragh, DABCO Collective combines strong construction knowledge with real-world operational experience. Josh brings a background in design, building, and project execution, with a focus on complex renovations, older building stock, and sustainable construction practices. Shawn contributes deep experience in project planning, budgeting, and operations, shaped by more than a decade of developing and operating successful hospitality businesses.

Together, we work closely with clients, designers, and trade partners to deliver well-built projects that are functional, durable, and aligned with budget and schedule. Our goal is simple: do good work, solve problems, and build spaces that last.
